Communicating with patients is critically important
to us. We want to make certain that you are satisfied
with your dental care experience with us. Toward that
end, we conduct patient surveys and review the surveys
every week, making improvements or changes to our practice
as needed. In addition, no matter how full the schedules
may be, Dr. Huang spends time with each patient to
review the Smile Evaluation Form filled out by the
patient. He makes sure he fully understands each patient's
dental needs and wishes. Therefore, your treatment
plan is developed from our exam findings and your primary
concerns. This treatment plan is then carefully and
thoroughly communicated to you. We listen and make
sure patients receive the ideal, timely, comfortable
care and treatments. At Alpine Dental Care, you will
never feel doctors are rushing you through your appointment.
Our doctors make routine post-operation phone calls
to make sure you are doing well and answer questions
personally.
